Good for tax preparation

Prepare taxes for myself and several relatives. Good folders to keep tax related info in for year before actual filings. Once filings completed they act as the year's tax folder .

I have been purchasing these 2 pocket folders from Staples for a number of years. I use them for my business and have found them to be durable and an easy way to keep my client information organized. The folders come in a number of different colors which is also helpful for organization purposes. The pockets can hold a good amount of materials and do not tear. My children also use these folders to help keep overflow from their school binders organized. Overall I am very pleased with this product and recommend it for student or professional use.

I use these folders to organize my clients tax paperwork and include a copy of their individual or business tax return. They are made to allow for me to place my business card in the folder and to hold a great number of papers. This means that most of my clients can just file away the folder and they have their returns and associated ;proof and paperwork all in one folder for any future reference. They make an attractive presentation and are sturdy. I would recommend them to anyone processing paperwork for others as an option over the very expensive personally engraved folders.

WE USE THIS FOLDER FOR OUR CATALOGS THAT WE SELL ONLINE. THEY ENABLE US TO ENCLOSE THE COMPANY CARD ORDER SHEET AND CATALOG IN A VERY NICE PRESENTATION FOLDER. THIS FOLDER ALSO ALLOWS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS TO PLACE OTHER PAPER WORK AND OR INVOICES FROM US IN THIS FOLDER. GOOD VALUE AND STURDY CONSTRUCTION. HIGHLY RECOMEND FOR ALL BUSINESS PRESENTATIONS.
