I purchased this whiteboard because it is the best value for its size. It was delivered super quick within 3 days over Christmas but arrived bent. Staples sent a replacement that arrived a week later. Coordinating pick up of the damaged item by a parcel service was a bit of a pain (Staples arranged for pickup but I needed to plan my day around when the pickup driver could come). The replacement whiteboard arrived without any damages though the packaging was pretty flimsy - so it was undamaged by sheer luck apparently. As for the board itself it looks nice with the black border in my home office. I had to guess how to hang it (it doesn't come with instructions nor mounting hardware despite the item description). Despite these annoyances I like the board for the price.
