Not up to needed standards

I purchased the box of folders to use as card stock for a project that I was printing for a charity after running out of the same product which I had used for a couple of years. The new batch was made using recycled material which I don't have a problem with normally. When I opened the new box of folders and looked at them they were covered with 1/16 to 1/4 inch ink blotches and the store had printed their logo on each folder. These markings are acceptable for file folders where they will most likely will never even be noticed but not so good when you are printing information on them for display.
