We have found that the Staples brand tape works just as well as name brand tape allowing us to save money too.

I have not used one full roll of this tape it constantly breaks and there is no finding the start of it again and when you do don't get to thrilled it will break again. If I could give ZERO starts that's where this tape rates

Staples Invisible Tape Refill Rolls

The Staples brand tape is not as adhesive as 3M's Scotch brand tape but it is definitely adhesive enough to do paper repairs well; and it is much less expensive than the Scotch brand tape. Another Staples reviewer had trouble with re-starting rolls. But the rolls that I've used have been O.K. in that regard.
