I would rate 5 stars but for the problems when you first pull the tape....rips very quickly and you end up loosing a lot of tape til you can get it back on track.

zero stars- I just tried to open 3 rolls and can not open them- when i try to used the tape it splits and tears. they are useless now- it is impossible to get them to be useable

This tape is so terrible that I was roused to create an account and write a review over a basic office product. It used to be basically equivalent to Scotch tape but they’ve changed something recently and the result is borderline rage inducing. It’s not really transparent any more and ink underneath it bleeds over time. It won’t come off the roll smoothly making you have to yank a centimeter or so off at a time. To top if off it simultaneously won’t cut on my very sharp dispenser but tears itself into little pieces constantly. I often have to make multiple attempts to get a piece of desired length. It’s not even that cheap compared to actual Scotch tape. Buy something else.
