Staples invisible tape problems

I have been happy with all my Staples brand purchases until this one. This tape is so heavy that I can barely get my tape dispenser to cut it. I tried my husband's dispenser as well with the same problems. When I replaced it with Scotch brand it was so slick. Although it is less expensive than Scotch don't go with Staples brand if you are using a dispenser.

HAVE BEEN USING STAPLES TAPE FOR YEARS JUST AS GOOD AS SCOTCH TAPE AND MUCH CHEAPER
