The description of this product is misleading. I expected a scent free product. Instead I now own a powerfully scented product I cannot use. The scent clings to plastics items making them unsuitable for food contact. The scent gives me a headache and activates my Dyson air filter when set on automatic.
Cons: Dyson air filter registers it as high PM10!, Strong Odor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The fragrance is the problem. The fact that it's not labeled on the bottle is very deceiving. Not good for people with sensitive skin.
Cons: Harsh On Skin, Strong Odor

I would never buy this product again

Overpowering, unpleasant odor. My dishcloth still reeked after being rinsed several times with water. I had to wash it with a truly "pure and clear" detergent to get the smell out of my kitchen. The terms "PURE + CLEAR" and "NO UNNECESSARY Ingredients" emblazoned on your label are outright lies. CLEARLY MISLEADING INFORMATION!!
Pros: Attractive, Good Dispenser
Cons: Persistent, unpleasant odor, Strong Odor

The label is misleading

I purchased Pure + Clear because the label states that it has "no unnecessary ingredients." Nowhere on the bottle does it mention that it has added fragrance (i.e. chemicals). A truly hypoallergenic product will not have strong synthetic fragrance added. The scent was so strong I couldn't even use it.
Cons: Strong Odor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Deceptive label; product not fragrance free

In a rush, I grabbed this, thinking that with a name like "Pure and Clear" and the line "No unnecessary ingredients" on the label, this product would be fragrance-free. Nope, nope, nope. Live and learn. Fragrance is NOT a necessary ingredient for those of us who suffer from allergies.

Why is fragrance a necessary ingredient?

The original Palmolive was a fabulous product. I used it for 50 years. The scent was barely noticeable. Your Pure and Clear claims there are no unnecessary ingredients. Why is fragrance necessary? I would love to be a Palmolive user again but I can't stand the smell of your products.

"No unnecessary ingredients"

I normally buy a liquid that is an environmentally sensitive product that really doesn't include ANY unnecessary ingredients but it's really expensive so I was happy to find the Palmolive (free and clear) dish soap at a much better price point. But you guys just couldn't resist putting in a scent! Why? It's the most unnecessary ingredient in there. I don't get it.
