My husband bought this for me, thinking it was "Free & Clear"... well, it isn't. The bottle claims it has "no heavy fragrances." The fragrance is very sicky-sweet, and by no means is it mild. Palmolive people, just make a Free & Clear product. That is what people who see this bottle really want.

In addition to the new cap being a pain, the new formulation makes my hands feel greasy, and I can't be sure the dishes have been well rinsed. Also, our pantry for backup products is very cool, and the new formulation separates out. Back to the store for a refund. I'll be trying another product now.

I trusted the name and expected much better. This product smells putrid. We can't stand it and it makes me feel nauseous. I don't believe Madge would call this a product with "no heavy fragrance". I'd say she'd likely never have it near and would certainly never put anyone to soak in it. I'll be seeking my money back.

Your new cap lasted about two days before becoming detached. The detached cap is likely to end up in the garbage disposal since it is near the sink. Luckily, I still had a nearly empty bottle and I could transfer the contents. Please work on the cap design. I have been using your product loyally for 34 years and love it.

Just bought this product last week. Not only did I use on dishes but, I made a home made cleaning recipe for the countertops and bathroom since it's anti bacterial: MY Recipe: 1 Cup Distilled Water + 1/2 Cup Hydrogen Peroxide + 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Ultra Palmolive Antibacterial. I put in a squirt bottle (important due to possible eye irritation!), put some on countertop-Wiped Down-Leave on 30 Seconds-Rinsed and Dried. For extra scrubbing power I used Baking Soda. I'm very happy with the results in Kitchen and Bathroom. It does get really "sudsy", but seems to rinse away easily, plus my sponge is getting treated for bacteria as I use it! I highly recommend this.

I have been using another dishwashing product for approximately 40 years. In the mood to give another product a try, I chose Ultra Palmolive. I can't even get the bottle open. It is the same top as shown on the clear, but no directions. I can usually figure how to assemble products w/o reading directions. This top makes no sense, plus, since one expects to get the ingredients of the bottle out, why is the bottle locked tight as Fort Knox? This is soap people! Who tastes soap??
