This was the only dish washing and hand soap product my family liked. Since you changed the formula in 2015 , the scent is disgusting and the sudsy action is nonexistent. It feels slimy. You ruined a formally very good product!

I really like your Palmolive Antibacterial Dish soap. I have used it for years. But I do not like the new bottle top. It is hard to control the soap coming out and then he soap leaks down the side of the bottle staining the counter tops. Please go back to the old push top it worked much better.It seems like I now use more soap due to the new top.

We have purchased and used Palmolive Antibacterial for years. I use it for hand washing as well. Since the cap changed, it was like the product became "thinner" and didn't suds as well. Things have gotten even worse. The last two bottles we have purchased within the last two weeks, the soap is "slimy" and will not suds. It very stringy. We are not sure if this is a change made deliberately, or if the bottles we had an issue in the manufacturing process, but we had to end up purchasing "Dawn" for our hands and use the Palmolive for dishes. I doubt we will ever purchase it again if this change is permanent. Until the change, we loved the product and gave it an excellent rating. Change it back and we will be loyal users once again.

I've been using Palmolive Original for many, many years...just bought a new bottle with the redesigned top. New top is not easy to use. More importantly, the formula has been changed and not in a good way. I won't need to buy Palmolive any longer.

I have been using Palmolive dish detergent for years.... New bottle top is aweful - too much comes out.... And like others have noticed, the liquid seems to be thinner. Combine that with the new top and I am using too much! I will be exploring other options if the old top/formula doesn't return.... Sorry. (My ratings for the OLD formula and top would be 5 stars...)

I love this product and have been using it for years. The new cap/top is a disaster. Not sure why it was changed. Definitely not an improvement. I used to be able to use it with one hand; it now requires two hands to open it. Am not a change averse person when the change is an improvement; this is not!!!! I've used the "Pure and Clear" for sometime now, today when I purchased a new bottle, I noticed that the cap has changed from a pull up open to a flip up open. This is all fine, but the product also has a cloudy sediment at the bottom. I asked the store manager about this, he said you just need to "shake it up" ! He "shook it up" but the product is now cloudy. The name of the soap is "Pure and Clear" is not clear anymore, or is this a bad batch ?
I would recommend this to a friend!
