Allergic Reaction to product after using.

I selected this dish washing liquid because it stated it was hypoallergenic and non-irritating dyes since I know I have allergies to perfumes and chemicals at time. I wanted to try Palmolive as a new brand and after using it for one day with multiple uses since I was baking cookies I had an allergic reaction with hives and burning sensation on skin.
Cons: Harsh On Skin
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would not buy Palmolive Antibacterial

I love using Palmolive dish soap. I use it all the time. Recently, i tried the Palmolive Antibacterial. It's great for the dishes but this soap is not great for my skin. My skin literally peels after washing dishes ( after 10-15 minutes). Its also hardens my skin. It was not gentle for my skin. However, I will still continue to use the Oxy Palmolive.
Pros: Simple Instructions
Cons: Heavy

I will not buy this product again! Odor Too Strong!!

I bought this product because I am allergic to strong fragrances and this product says "No Heavy Fragrances" but to me it IS heavy and even to my husband who is not allergic. It caused my eyes to sting and burn badly! I also wondered why the ingredients are not shown on the bottle as I am trying to figure out what chemicals are causing my eye and respiratory issues. I have thrown this product away, and will not purchase any other product that does not list it's ingredients.
Cons: Strong Odor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So much for a light fragrance!

Thought I was buying a dish soap that was close to fragrance free. Not so. Soap is highly scented. Perfume does not belong in the kitchen. Will not buy again.

Palmolive you can do it better

Please keep the fragrance off, it is not needed. you are offer a clear and pure dish soap , nothing else, but it is not real, fragrance is strong and is not nice, smell it is awful. Customers that are searching for clear, pure options does not care about fragrance, is even better if you don add more artificial stuff to the products.

I completely agree with another consumer's comment. The fragrance is overpowering, even though the label says "no heavy fragrances." Not only that, but a tiny amount of Pure + Clear generates so many suds that you can't see the dishes, but there's no indication that this hot tub-like quantity of foam does anything to get dishes cleaner. Keep it simple, Palmolive--Madge would be very, very angry with you!
Cons: Strong Odor, Way too sudsy--for no reason

The smell is awful!

When you buy this since it is clear you are thinking it's scent free. Well it sure wasn't! I am very sensitive to scent & it was awful. My husband is ok with scent and even he couldn't handle it. I was trying to scrub my hands so hard to get the smell off but it wouldn't come off. It flared up my allergies and it wasn't fun. Will never buy again. Why can't you make a fragrance free dish soap?
Cons: Poor Dispenser, Strong Odor

Ingredients

I, like so many, am allergic (it has morphed into more than simply contact dermatitis) to the preservative isothiazolinone (or any derivative of this chemical). I was reading that the Pure and Clean does not contain any form of isothiazolinone but your sight simply lists "Preservative" as the chemical compound. There is no way to contact you to inquire as to the contents on the web site. Please change packaging to disclose all ingredients. Also, do you use isothiazolinone in your products and, particularly, this one?
