The folder is very durable and the fact that it's grey makes it even better. It's not your typical color.

These folders have worked well for me for many years. This is the only place I've found this nice light gray color. I apply a clear 3" x 4" label with my company's logo on the front to give a great professional appearance without having to spend a lot more on pre-printed folders. In hundreds of these I've used I've only had 1 with a bad glue job. The pockets don't have the glue over-run issues that some have and the pages slide in easily. I do sometimes have to put a 9" x 12" envelope into the pocket and that requires making a small rip in the side -- but nobody has ever even noticed this. All in all -- a good two pocket folder for a very affordable price.

2-pocket Folder-Dark Blue

The dark blue folder allows me to give handouts and information to my clients when I meet them in person. I print the company logo and contact information on white labels then stick them to the folder so I can make a professional and attractive presentation to my buyers in my company colors of blue and white. The buyers can take the folder home with them keeping all the information I have provided together and organized when they want to see the documents they have signed or read handouts in the quite of their own home.

These folders are fantastic for anyone in business who needs to deliver documents to clients. They are very professional looking have a spot for your to include your business card and are very durable. I am a travel agent who uses them for clients who are going on vacation to keep all their paperwork together. They can easily be customized for your business on the outside by adding an attractive label. This is a purchase that I will continue to make. Thank you Staples for having such a wonderful product at such a great price.
