I was going to use these for flashcards with a Hebrew word on one side and the English on the other but I could see right through them.

I liked that I could buy a large quantity at a good price. I use the note cards for school and go through them quickly therefore not having to continually buy packages of 100 is more convenient.

Substandard... avoid

The paper stock is thinner than the millage of standard index cards which makes them less sturdy. The packaging is misleading in that there is nothing to suggest that the mill size will be less than normal index cards.

I am a teacher and was very glad to have found the index cards on sale this year. I go through a lot of index cards in one school year. We use them for projects activities games flashcards notes to go home etc. I also give them away to some of my less fortunate students.

I use these cards in many different ways. This last purchase was to create specific sight word cards that fit in your index binders and boxes.
