I use the notecards for school. I prefer the unlined ones because I cut them in half because I don't need them so big and I can get more out of what I buy. They also travel easier. Staples products prove to be just as good if not better than name brand in my opinion.
While the cost was good for 500 cards this is the thinnest cardstock for cards that I've seen since I last bought 3x5 cards! It's like paper! It is hopeless for making flashcards using a marker or Sharpie. It bleeds right through even though I wrote lightly and quickly. Don't use a marker if you must use these....but you need something thick and dark for flashcards for students.... I do NOT know what to recommend as the cards all appeared to be equally flimsy from what I could see. Disappointing. I'll try another brand at a competitor to see if this is endemic. I can't use junk with my students; it has to be sturdy.
This are not card stock. They are flimsy pieces of paper cut to 3x5. I was going to make flash cards for my class but you can see right through them so that wouldn't work. I returned them.
