In Store Service

Service has always been more than 5 stars. Well mostly. One time 2 male employees were having a nice conversation I guess and I just stood there waiting for them to get finished then one came to me. They were behind a counter and I was standing at the counter. I did not say anything to get them to assist me I just wanted to see how long it would take them to assist me. Very good assistance then. The ink I wanted had to be ordered and that worked out ok. Then last week I asked a young lady for help and while she helped me her demeanor was dour(?). She never smiled or made eye contact. When I said that I was sorry the store was closing she made some comment that came off like "yeah things happen"-not her words but my interpretation of her response. Staples has had really great school supply sales and I hope that it continues here in Tucson we need the sale to start in July as school starts the end of July each year.

We used the cards to print out hand outs about our train show. They are a good size to hand out to lots of people and a handy pocket size. We were very happy with them and will use again.

Notice that the package does not indicate the thickness. If you are expecting "card stock" you will be disapointed. It is a medium weight PAPAER. Not card stock. It won't hold up in use.
