Disappointed in quality

These "cards" could hardly be considered what I think is card weight. They are flimsy and don't even feel like a card just a slightly heavier weight of regular paper. I wouldn't mind paying more if you would get a better product. Now I'm stuck with 500 of them and they are mostly useless to me.

staples unruled index cards

I am an 86 year old artist. I've used index cards for years to quick sketch (3 to 5 minutes) faces of people from a short distance; at jazz concerts doctors and dentists waiting rooms etc. The 3x5" cards conveniently fit into my hand to quickly sketch a subject... and it's always a ball to see the expression on their face when I hand them their sketch (that they can easily put into their pocket).

Prior to this purchase my last index cards were also Staples branded. Although that was a while ago they were fine. Unfortunately this purchase left me disappointed. I would call this product "index paper" ; there is insufficient rigidity to call them cards. Reduced quality does not make for repeat business.
