I am a teacher and use this at all of the various meetings that I attend. I saw a colleague using this last year and asked her about it. I think that it's great - the section for attendees is super for record-keeping and the area to list tasks and further actions at the bottom of the page is great for summarizing what needs to be done and when.

For some topics, I do remove pages, but mostly I work from an ongoing chronology of work events, tracked in this meeting record.
