this is the best notebook paper and filler paper I have found so far for fountain pens. Most notebook paper acts like a sponge and absorbs ink into a spotty puddle mess this paper does not and writes pretty well. You can hold the nib on the paper and it does not sponge the ink at all. Thats why I bought it
