I love these spiral bound books for taking notes at seminars writing notes from book studies reminders - I use the front working through to the back on a daily basis. I put daily reminders at the back and tear the pages out to take to the store etc. These are great to put notes about a subject into a 3-ring binder manual.

Me and my friends picked these up on sale for thirty cents. We use them all of them time for Dungeons and Dragons. We take all sorts of random notes in them and carry them around to all the different game sessions. They have held together so far and probably will until we run out of pages.
