Just purchased a case of Tru Red copy paper from Staples. This paper is very thin vs the Staples paper I used to buy. It has 92 brightness which is fine. However the paper has no substance to it and feels flimsy. NOT a fan!!!

Paper is one of our largest consumables but it is NOT created equal. Admittedly we placed this order for the low price but the product is more than adequate for everyday copying fax machine and even laser printing needs. Would definitely re-order.

Sent back - did we get credit?

I sent this paper back with UPS. Did we get a credit issued? The boxes were all torn apart and put back together with tape. There is no way the paper was not affected by the torn bent up boxes. The paper is usually OK. I cannot believe you sent this paper out in this condition.

As Good as Brand Names

Store brands often are considered to be of lesser quality than name brands. But occasionally you come across something that is just as good if not better. Such is the case with Staple's copy paper. We use cases of it throughout the year and the quality is always consistent. Bright white and heavy enough to hold up under constant use it holds colors from both ink jet and color laser extremely well. For the price it is hard to beat.
