Lighter than advertised

We order this paper all the time. The last order of 4 cases came in with some of the reams a lighter weight than advertised. This was not 20 pound paper. It kept jamming our copy machine and running multiple sheets through our fax. I am willing to try it again but will be very thorough with checking the weight of it.

We use this paper for all of our office needs. It is very affordable and it is just as good as the higher priced items.

I use this paper for everything. I use it in my copy machine my printer and my fax machine. It works well in each of those applications just like the descrpition states on the Staples website. I always buy this paper unless I have a coupon for a different copy paper.

Inexpensive but . . . .

I offer a copy service and also need paper for printers and fax machines. I thought that all paper that is 20 LB. weight is the same. I have always bought the very cheapest paper I can find. This one feels much lighter and thiner than all other 20 lb paper that I have used. I am returning 2 boxes I just bought. The paper is very bright which is good but my Brother Fax machine and my Xerox copier are having paper jams (a problem I never had before). I took a piece of paper I had from before and compared it to this one . . Big difference in weight - both are 20 lb. paper! Before you buy a whole lot of this paper please take a look at one piece.

Works well. Sometimes it slips an extra blank sheet through our copier but has not caused any major issues.
