Printing is sharp on this paper and it feeds smoothly in my HP All-In-One printer. Still working great after 200 sheets.

Convenient Size

Paper is Paper and this seems to be the best price for copy/print paper. I run through many reams per month and the smaller 5 pack helps with moving from point to point. Easy to lift and easy to carry how convenient !!! I have been very satisfied and have not had any problems with it feeding through either of my printers. No jams as I have had with other brands. So I plan on sticking with the Staples 8.5" x 11" copy paper in a 5 ream case. Above all else Staples makes it simple and easy to shop.

Just the right size

Running a home business I don't have lots of room for storage so this is just the right size package. It's easy to pick up and move into the house from the car and the package doesn't split on the way in...thanks for that!

Packaging designed to easy storing and to select a new ream when-as needed to uses...taking less space than cardboard boxing. red color of plastic packaging allows quik location...plastic covering is very stron and stable. I use a significant amount of this type of paper for many office documents anad it will be nice to have a supply ..and not have to schedule purchasing whhen my one ream is running low...it was easy..just like like Staples..my very favorite Staples is located in Hermitage PA 16148. Employees are GREAT.

With limited storage space for home. Full case of paper could take years to use. This way when I have extra printing I still have stock. But cost is better than by the pack.

Excellent paper for the money

Staples brand paper is good especially for the price. I began purchasing Staples brand paper for Office use and found that it worked well in the laser printer/copier/fax machine. I was prompted to focus solely on Staples brand paper when it began offering easy rebates for purchases. When I needed paper for personal use I was able to use a coupon that reduced the up-front out-of-pocket expense and still qualified for the easy rebate. Shoppers beware: the easy rebate even without the coupon caused me to get 5 reams of paper for approximately $7 - great value! When I applied the coupon I received 5 reams for $4 even better. However you must be prepared to pay all of the charges in advanced and wait 4-6 weeks for the rebate to arrive in the mail. So the savings is somewhat reduced under a time-value of money theory. Overall though this was a great buy.

Clear copies

I love using this paper! he paper itself is such a bright white a TRUE white and not an off white like so many other copy papers. The copies always look so crisp clean and professional. The colors are so vibrant that the images come alive! The paper is also so smooth that the chances to jam are minimized. The quality with this copy paper is equal to that of the more expensive major name brand papers. I would highly recommend this product to anyone and will be purchasing this product in the future for all my copy needs.
