The paper should be "slicker" and heavier so it doesn't stick together in the copy machines.

I will continue to buy this product it works for me. I don't have know complaints. Try it you will be glad you did. And you will save $$$$$$'s. It sure has saved me money and my husband also for his Insurance business. And trust me he does alot of printing. Thank you Staples for such a great and inexpensive product.
