I was careful to load this paper using the front of the pack as the top side of the paper because that has been the most successful placement but that has not been the case with my latest purchase. I have frequent misfeeds and paper jams causing wasting of paper toner and time.

The paper is extremely expensive compared to other stores. It was the last ream and it was all ripped on the outside. I asked if he could open a case and he was not allowed.
