Poor packaging makes some un-usable.

Product is good but poor packaging or handling along the line has made many packages of paper within the boxes unusable due to crimped edges - causes paper jams in any copier.

The only con I would say that during the summer months it seemed that the paper had some humidity problems. That could have been attributed to humidity in the office.

There was a time when your case copy paper pricing went up sky high and we had to make the decision to purchase from another source which was much cheaper; however once I noticed it came down in price back where it belonged I immediately started purchasing again and continue to do so probably every other week.
