I was disappointed to learn that it was tied to a "rebate" program and not an instant savings. I really don't like your program of "credits" for ink cartridges. In the future I will shop at your major competitor. They give coupons for ink cartridge which can be used any time. Not lost because you haven't accumulated enough credits.
