I was greeted at the door and led directly to the merchandise I asked about. While browsing the clean and tidy isles no less than three other employees asked politely if they could be of assistance. I know it is tough to maintain that level of competency over the course of a long work day and week. Kudos to management and staff. Oh the printer paper I bought fit my needs quite nicely.
