Poor packaging

The heavy ream was allowed to slide freely within the larger box tearing the wrapping paper and making it difficult for me to pick up the ream w/o damaging the paper.

NOT THE SAME PAPER AS BEFORE!
on June 7, 2015

Staples changed the box and the paper. Do not be fooled. It says on the box that this is the same paper as before but IT IS NOT at all. The Staples brand paper is now a lot thinner than before and it curls up in the xerox machine. I understand that cheaper product gives you more revenue but you shouldn't do this at your customers expense. Not happy about this one.

This paper is perfect for the medical records I keep for family here at home. There is always medicine lists to update to take to the doctors allergic reactions and the list goes on and on . The price is right for this paper of my choice. Great!

The quality of the paper meets my requirements. It is an excellent substitute for many of the brand names.
