This was a simple routine purchase. However treated friendly patiently for my husband. My persona input is for Steven in the tech dept. Wow how knowledgeable and helpful can one by. I am an 87 year old lady who ran across something I just could NOT figure out on my computer. Steven patiently and quickly walked me through it. Thank you Tech Steven. Nita Shaw
