Poor Customer Service

I wanted 3 hole punched paper but I couldn't find it on the shelf and I couldn't get anyone to give me assistance. I asked the Mgr of store 385 for assistance but after 20 minutes of waiting I gave uo and bought the standard product. Very disappointing service. I believe that managerial personnel should be sensiteve to customer service. The customer used to come first.

Paper is fine. I have purchased it at Staples for years. But the problem would be that the Staples store in my city is closing in March so guess I will be purchasing my paper elsewhere.
