Poor packaging makes some un-usable.

Product is good but poor packaging or handling along the line has made many packages of paper within the boxes unusable due to crimped edges - causes paper jams in any copier.

The paper in the bottom reams is always dented bent scuffed and I won't know until the final reams are needed that they are damaged. Getting tired of this.

We have used Staples copy paper for over 5 years and the quality is great. I previously tried other brands and had a lot of paper jams. I will never use any other brand of copy paper except Staples.
