I was checking out and asked the check-out person to see if I had any credits on my account. She simply refused and told me to look for myself and asked me to check out quickly. I was lucky that her manager happened to come to the desk and handed her an IPad. With the help of the IPad we determined that I had a $ 20 credit. Credits should be stored with my phone number.
