A little disappointing...

We ordered this paper for the first time due to receiving a coupon [...] It is defintely not as good of quality as what we normally use. Everytime we run a copy there is a crinkle that appears somewhere on the paper.

Over the past few years I've found that a good store brand of copy paper like Staples performs just as well as a big-brand product. 96 brightness and 20lb. weight is the same---and so are the results.
