This item was advertised for "sale" at $5.99. in fact the normal price was $6.49 - 50 cents higher. Whatever... I was in needed of it and it was a bit less. That is the only item I purchased in Staples that day and I discarded the receipt but when I got my debit card charge it was over $30. I called the store to try and figure this out and the service person was very accommodating. He immediately looked up the purchase and we figured out that I had agreed to donate $5 to local schools programs and then I had gotten $20 in cash back. I totally forgot that! And although I was embarrassed and apologetic for taking up his time he was very lovely and polite. I recommend Staples to anyone who would like to be treated like a valued customer!!!
