Better than a just a copier paper

I had a box of copier paper and I thought we would give this a try and I am glad I did. It turned out to be better quality then the copier paper. Buying two for the price of one was an excellent deal!!.

Copy Paper 8 1/2 x 11" ream 20 lb 92

I have purchased and used the letter size 20 lb 92 bright more than 3 years. My last purchase of this paper appears to be downgraded to a poorer quality laser printing paper. The paper is thinner and jams very easy in the printer. Due to an apparent lack of quality control I am being forced to upgrade to 20 lb 96 bright at a higher price. I do advise you that I am seeking a replacement copy paper for printing.
