Quality has changed for the worse

I have used this paper for a long time and liked it. The last case I just received is a huge disappointment. Instead of being wrapped in cellophane the reams are now wrapped in a cheap white paper. During shipment the case was probably thrown around. When it arrived the wrapping around every ream was torn open. In addition the paper itself is no longer opaque. It has a mottled texture and when you lay one piece over another printed piece you can see through the top layer. The print quality on it has also deteriorated. Avoid this paper.

I use this for copying and injet printing. I am very happy with the end results. I am an avid scrapbooker and and also make hand made gift cards. I am particular about the quality of paper that goes into my products. Given that this paper is acid free is a plus. It is also useful in the crafting process as the paper is sturdy and holds up well. The black copy and printing is crisp and clear. The color is bright. I use this paper with both a Canon MP 600 printer and an HP Office Jet 6500 wireless printer.
