OK 'til rebate denied?

Seemed like a good deal until I was advised the rebate was denied because of wrong UPC number or something...I provided numbers given me by Staples and have asked for a reason why.

Infrequent Jamming but an annoyance

The last few cartons have had infreguent jams more than I remember in the past. The price has gone up considerably over the past two years and the quality has not kept up with the price increase.
