I've been buying copy paper exclusively from Staples for the past ten or more years and have never had any problems nor have I been disappointed in the quality of the copy's or the feed through during printing with any of the several printers I have used. Staples paper is a good buy it's good quality and is dependable for all uses.

I print several things weekly from coupons to work documents. I also let my grand-niece do artwork when she is over and she goes through many sheets of your paper.

The Staples brand of multi-use paper is very good quality. I prepare monthly financial statements and tax returns for clients. The paper is a nice quality weight and the brightness is crisp and clear. I only use Staples brand multi-purpose paper. It is definitely an added bonus when there is an available rebate. When I see that Staples brand multi-use paper is on sale or that a rebate is being offered I take advantage of the savings. I also tell fellow business owners so that they may also save on a great quality paper.

Bright paper but inconsistent

This paper is better than most brands in its price range yet the quality of individual sheets is inconsistent. I use this paper for professional reports but find that about one in ten sheets needs to be rejected because of very noticeable imperfections. These flaws include wood inclusions stain marks and black dots that are consequences of recycling. Hopefully the production process can be improved to better filter out these impurities and to scan individual sheets for inclusions during quality control monitoring.
