The paper is good quality but it would have been nicer if the rebate was instant instead of having to go online and wait weeks for it.

This seems to be a good product. First time that I purchased paper at Staples. Usually get it at Sam's club. I would buy it again though. Buy almost all of my ink at Staples. Printer and copier ink plus fax machine cartridge ink.

I love when you have items available that I can use for home purposes. I often print recipes to share with friends. I print special online information for neighbors and friends who do not have prints only hand held electronics. I have been slowly creating my own recipe book with online sites and old family traditions. Some of my family is living in a different state and I try to keep up with memory books and some family geneology information. I have found your store most reliable when I need office supplies cleaning supplies and even treats. Since I like to create my holiday cards or birhtday cards I often look for supplies or new ideas on printing my cards. I sometimes use the holiday cards made to insert phots sometimes use to single fold or double fold card stock. I especially like to pick the colorful envelopes you have available. Since many of my friends exchange books with each other I'm thinking of making "book markers" with the lenders name so I am sure the owner gets the book returned to its rightful owner. I have had great success with printer inks. Being able to find correct brand and size without hassle is very rewarding. The employees of your store have always been most helpful. And I love your points rewards system. I can't help shopping if I know there will always be points rewards. I also believe in the recycle system you offer for used ink cartriges THANKS!!!!

Not all 20lb paper in ream

differemt weight paper in ream makes feeding uneven at times. I use quite a bit of paper and price is a very important factor in purchasing something. I usually catch the multiple-fed sheets and of course can reuse them.
