If you are purchasing paper for everyday copies the 20 lb paper works fine. However when I am making real estate brochures I prefer a heavier weight paper so that I can print on both sides.
Great paper at a terrific price. Couldn't be happier with the paper and the quality of the paper. The paper was well packaged. No damage on the way home to either the paper or the box containing the paper. The plastic strap around the box containing the paper was as strong as could be. I had no trouble lifting the box of paper with the included strap. It didn't even seem like it would break and it didn't break either. I have used the paper to make paper copies and am very happy with the outcome using this paper.
When we first tried out the Staples Multipurpose Paper I was very skeptical as our office is using primarily older machines with the typical worn down feeding and rolling mechanisms. Therefore I was very impressed to say the least with the reliability of this more affordable paper! The Staples Multipurpose Paper almost never double-feeds or jams in the copy machine or printers we use it in. Our wasted paper sheet count has gone way down compared with our previous papers (leaving us with a smaller supply of paper airplane material sadly). But on the up side given the much lower pricing of the Staples brand paper we can save up for a company-owned jet instead! That was Easy!
Staples Multipurpose Paper works well in every application. Both inkjet and laser printers leave a beautiful image on this paper. Perfect brightness for legibility and presentation. This paper never jams in the printer or copier. Also good for two-sided applications with no bleed-through. It is definitely a good value for the price. We purchase multiple cases and store the paper on site indefinitely so as never to run out! It serves us very well for both business and private uses. Takes a color picture print very well.
