The paper came with the wrappers all torn. This is what can cause paper to jam. I would have returned it if it weren't such a hassle. And to have to give myself a nickname before I can submit the survey is absurd.

Doesn't jam in printer

I have used a variety of papers in my inkjet printer and have experienced paper jams when using some 16-20 lb. papers. I have found that I get very few jams - in fact almost none - when using Staples Multipurpose Paper in any of my four printers. The pages separate easily and the surface quality permits photographs to be reproduced accurately. I now purchase Staples Multipurpose Paper in case lots since I can be content that its quality and ease of use can be relied upon. It makes printing a lot more stress-free.
