Easy Rebate Is Not Easy!

Way over paid for item and now waiting 6 to 8 weeks to get the rebate which was about 75% of the purchase price! Staples really needs to either stop rebates or give them to you at the time of purchase.
I print out puzzles coloring pages and projects for my grandkids and this paper is perfect. I can afford to use it for these projects because it is reasonably priced and I don't have to worry about the cost of each page.
I have used this product for many years. I have printed 36 page and 10 page newsletters every month. I have used a case every month. The larger newsletter when folded for mailing never exceeded the size and weight limits imposed by the U.S. Postal service. The weight and quality of the paper never varied from one case to another. I primarily use a laserjet printer for these newsletters. There is never a problem with toner running or bleeding. The printed words stand out clearly and distinctly on the bright white background. I always buy this paper and appreciate the savings frequently available during sales.
The offer came along at just the right time. I am a professional writer and as you might expect I go through a lot of paper. I use it both for drafts and finished manuscripts. Best part of all no paper jams.
Purchased a case of this Staples brand paper because I have used it in the past with no issues and it is an excellent price. However I have have had nothing but problems with using this new paper in my Samsung laser printer now. Over half of all printing attempts end in failure as the paper will not feed through the printer. When I opened a ream of Hammermill paper and tried that the printer printed every time with no hesitation or issues at all. Needless to say I replaced all of the Staples paper with the Hammermill. Both types of paper are labeled as 20#. The only difference I see is that the Staples paper is 96 Bright and the Hammermill paper is 97 Bright. I can't honestly recommend this Staples brand paper anymore.
The paper is of good quality and works well with either computer printers fax machines and copy machines. It is bright in appearence and does not jam with any of my office or personal useage. I would reccommend this brand and weight of paper for any type or office or personal useage. The discounts for purchasing the two cases did help with the decision to purchase it from the local Staples store and not to order it from another vender that would have paid for the delevery. It was a good purchase and would do it again when needed.
