The grade paper is good and works well when printing in color.A bit pricey but with the rebate it's an exceptional buy.

I have no problem with the paper. My complaint is with the rebate that I was supposed to receive for the purchase of it. I responded to the Staples E-mail and ordered it only to have major problems with getting the rebate taken care of even though I did everything exactly the way I was supposed to. The actual paper is an excellent buy and I have always had good success with Staples if there ever was a problem. I trust this will be true this time as well.

I don't usually think much about the paper we use in the printer/copier - until something goes wrong. This paper does not ever 'go wrong'. It doesn't get jammed and turn into an accordian; it doesn't get 'electrified' and stick together causing multiple pieces to run through at the same time; it doesn't get all torn up when it goes through the automatic stapler. The ink dries nicely on it whatever the color and whatever we are printing - even full page color photographs. And it is a nice bright white. No complaints here!

Staples paper good. EZ rebate NotSoGood

Paper arrived promptly and the box was split. Contents appeared to be ok. Applied for the 37.00 EZ rebate and it was denied. So the box of paper was returned !!!! I had to carry it back into the store..........
