Paper is great customer service is not.

Cashier asked for rewards card and had $10 rewards available. He said it could not be used on this purchase. Found out later (from another store) that your rewards can be used on any purchase. Can anyone say "TRAINING" ?

The order came very fast as I had expected. There was a problem with the online order but Customer Service did an excellent job fixing the problem to my utmost satisfaction. I would use this service again when I need similar products in the future.

This is my first time to buy a Staples brand copy paper. I like the brightness of the paper and it works well in our printer. I will be buying more Staples paper in the future.
