I have used all types of paper from the High end to the Low cost and in this persons estimate the Staples Multipurpose Paper is the equal to any of them. When it comes to my paper needs I was leaning towards the higher the price the better the product until I used Staples Multipurpose Paper. The low end products served its purpose but I had to use it judicially as the paper was not up to the task for important work for that I had to change to the higher cost paper that is until I purchased Staples Multipurpose Paper. I can now use the saem paper no matter what projects I am working on and that folks saves both time and money!
I have purchased your MULTIPURPOSE PAPER before and it is perfect for my needs. When I purchased it this time I will get a rebate so that it was a big plus and a greater bargain. As a result I will return to Staples when I get low on copy paper and buy another ream. I am a senior citizen and use the printer sparingly but do have occasions where I want to print a copy of something..newspaper article bill etc. Your store is in walking distance and I take my shopping cart with me. Thus I can also buy other items on my next trip.
The paper is great. I was promised a rebate which I filed for. Lots of problems with the rebate. First I was told I was not eligible (after 2 weeks.) Next I was told there was a problem with the computer program regarding certain rebates. Then I was told wait a week and recheck. They cannot notify me if I qualify or not because there are no outgoing messages from the Rebate Center. Wait up to 11 weeks for your rebate. if you're lucky I think. Staples needs to look into their rebate system because from my point of view it will not win many friends. I think it is designed to make the rebate so difficult you won't pursue it. No way to run a successful business. Either discount the paper upfront or forget it. The paper is fine - the rest of it stinks.
