We have ordered this paper for the last couple years. Great quality and no issues with any of our printing needs. Like the 96 "Bright" rating many are only 90-92.

why not UPS

Staples brand paper is great. It's the delivery that is the problem. Why can't Staples use UPS instead of whatever courier they use? UPS knows where I live and they deliver to my house it took 3 extra days for me to get my paper than the website stated.
