For our home use (HP inkjet printer) this paper is great. We had been using the 24lb paper. It was noticeably heavier but we just didn't need it. For business use I would consider using the 24lb for the “feel.” The price difference was only about $2.00. If you go through a lot of paper I suppose that can add up.

Staples asked me to review this paper. It checked all the boxes of white multipurpose copy paper. It was white. I could print on it. I could copy on it. It fit neatly into the copy machine. It was EXACTLY 8.5 x 11. Just as advertised. Buy this paper and you won't be disappointed.
