The delivery people delivered my order after 5pm and left my printer paper out in the rain...I ordered this paper for a business. Businesses general close at 5pm. What is difficult to understand that they cannot deliver after 5pm? This order was for reams of paper for our printers. Paper that is even damp gets stuck in printers and this paper was wet. So I called and was told that they would reship my order... This was on Tuesday... I still have not gotten the replacement order. What would you say if you were me?

The paper is great. But the customer service I received in the E. Rutherford store was so completely beyond my expectations. I had dealings with 2 different store managers on 2 separate Saturday mornings. Both went beyond my expectations in helping resolve a situation concerning delivery of the paper. I'm just so sorry I neglected to get their names. What an unexpected awesome experience!
