The purchase of these items were gone but I then used 2 Staples rebate coupons to purchase what I thought was an iPhone charger. When I tried to return it in exchange for something else I was told that whatever I purchase with Staples rebate coupons cannot be exchanged or given as a future store credit. Now stuck with a $35 chord that’s worthless to me.

I sent my husband into Staples to get more copier paper…M paper the kind we’ve purchased in the past with good luck. He came out with two packages of Tru Red 20# paper saying that it had replaced our trusty M paper. I gasped when I saw the receipt and the price he'd paid. But we both rationalized the paper might prove to be better and not get jammed etc. WRONG…it has jammed a few times which is a few times too many at this price point. We’ll be shopping for copy paper elsewhere. How does the saying go? "if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!” Sigh...
