New formula? Consistency of foaming but not foaming formula.

I love the Fresh Citrus scent. But the formula is thin as if it's supposed to be a foaming hand soap, but it's not. New formula thinner because of COVID perhaps? My concern is does it clean as efficiently? Also has a strange seperation. Love other Softsoap handsoaps but something is wrong with the antibacterial formula.
Pros: Attractive Packaging, Pleasant Smell
Cons: Difficult To Use, Poor Lather, Watered down
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Softsoap antibacterial Fresh Citrus Hand Soap is amazing. My new go to handsoap. The scent is very pleasant and not to strong at all. It leaves our hands soft and clean. My husband works construction and get very dirty. He actually enjoys this hand soap now over his industrial strength soap. Thank you for allowing me and my family the chance to try this. We've already told our friends and co workers about it and will definitely be buying it.
