Writes smoothly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m fussy about the pens I use...I admit it! But these fit the bill for me. They are a comfortable size, with a soft grip. And it writes so smoothly, and without smudging. Thanks, Paper Mate for another great pen!

It's a pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take a lot of notes, but don't really like writing in pen so I'm always on the look-out for a good mechanical pencil. This pencil is fine, the grip makes it comfortable to hold. I didn't rate it higher because the pencil is so light it feels like I'm going to crush it in my hand. I like something with a heftier feel in my hand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These mechanical pencil is very comfortable and easy to remove the eraser to refill the lead. It has a cushion grip and retracts the lead that looks like a pen. The pencil set comes with a refill of erasers and lead. I love how comfortable and easy to use these pencils are.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the most comfortable pencils I have used. It writes well and smooth. Its only downfall is that it’s eraser is hard to use. You have to put more pressure than other pencils, and this causes the lead to extend. Very comfortable to write with.

My kids love these pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 9 and 11 year old love using these pencils. They are so much better than the regular yellow pencils. The lead is easy to use and install. I think my only complaint is that the erasers don't last that long but they do offer replacement erasers that are easy to install as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally love using mechanical pencils. This comes with refills of erasers and lead. I did find that the erasers are on the dry side which gives the texture a rough feeling while erasing. When I say rough, some erasers are softer, so it's easier on the paper when you're erasing. It can rip the paper if you use it too hard. I myself do not use a lot of pressure when writing in pens or pencils so this works perfectly for myself. I seldom break the lead while I write. I would recommend these pencils for anyone that is looking for comfort as they write even while having arthritis.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these mechanical pencils as they have a really nice grip so it feels like I'm holding something more and fits better in my hand. They are very easy to use and the lead holds up very well as I have not had any break at all as of yet. I love that they come with not only extra lead but also extra erasers! That is huge, normally you only get extra lead and by that time the eraser is completely gone so you need a whole new pencil at that point. This is such a great idea and makes my opinion of these even better! They write wonderful and erase well too. These are by far the best mechanical pencils I have ever used! I would recommend to everyone!
